rights of the artist ➤

I reserve the right, as the artist, to deny any commission request I receive.In commissioning me, you agree to have read my Terms of Service.You must be 18 or older to commission me--if I doubt your age, I may deny your commission.
This includes doing a commission with someone who is under 18. If you violate this rule, you are permanently blacklisted.I will not accept commissions from accounts that are not at least a month old, with some obvious activity.
This ensures safety and dependability.Any violation of my terms may result in an irreversible blacklist.Nothing made by WolfBaneW | wolfiebane | etc can be used in any blockchain-related technology, to include NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space/field.

By purchasing a commission, you are purchasing the partial rights to the art as well as my time. I retain all copyrights over my work.You may use the artwork for your own personal use. You may repost it, use it as an icon, or use it in a similar personal fashion, however, proper credit is due. You must link back to my page.You are NOT permitted to draw over or otherwise edit the artwork in any way, shape, or form. If you want a version with a transparent background, please request one at the time of your commission. If you want a SFW version of your SFW commission, request one at the time of your commission. Edits asked for after your commission is finalized and approved may accrue an extra charge.You may not use the artwork commercially (i.e. for profit), as you did not purchase the commercial rights to the artwork.
You may not reproduce the artwork for personal gain unless you have purchased commercial rights through me.You may not claim the work as your own.All artwork produced by me is not permitted for reposting by anyone aside from the commissioner or myself. Posting by any other party is a direct violation of my terms of service.

payment + corrections ➤

I will not continue the commission past the sketch stage until payment is received.During the sketch stage, I will make any changes you desire. After this stage, only minor fixes will be made.
Please ensure the sketch is accurate and up-to-par. Any edits made during the sketch stage are free, an additional fee may accrue if you want changes after the sketch stage.In commissioning me, you agree to pay the price your piece has been appraised at.
You agree you are in a financial situation that will provide the means to pay me fully & properly.
Commissioning me and then refusing to pay will result in a possible blacklist.Refunds are available only in the sketch stage, after I progress past that stage, full refunds are no longer possible. I will consider partial refunds before the commission's completion.
After the image is complete, no refunds will be permitted.Payment is accepted through PayPal.
When paying me, please do not add any comments, if any, add your username.
If you would like to pay via a gift card, please note me and we can discuss that accordingly.When you commission me, you recognize that you are commissioning me to draw in my own style. If you believe there are anatomical errors, species-related errors, or design-related errors, etc: please contact me!
However, if you request a change I believe to be my stylistic choice, I may not change it, or I will require an additional charge.Depending on the extent of the changes requested, I may charge extra for fixes to the artwork. If you approve the completed artwork and then request changes, I reserve the right to:
A. Deny them
or
B. Charge an additional amount.

By purchasing a commission, you are purchasing the partial rights to the art as well as my time. I retain all copyrights over my work.All commission progress can be tracked via my Trello.The general turnaround for your commission is at most within a month, unless something interferes.
I tend to work in one sitting, so you may get your commission within a few weeks, a week, etc.
If you need the commission completed by a certain date, please notify me and I will let you know if I can accommodate. An extra fee may apply if it requires a fast turnaround.
Additionally, wanting your commission moved to the front of the queue/prioritized also accrues an extra fee.You will be provided with a full-resolution version and the posted resized version.
Please do not repost the full-res! That is for you and you alone, resized versions exist for a reason.Please supply a decent reference to me. No shaded references, 3D shaded references, traditional references, or text references. If you provide me a 3D reference with poor quality or no color swatches, you may be subject to paid changes.
This can be subject to change depending on the instance i.e. making a first refsheet, inquire with questions.Please do not remove the watermark, nor ask me to! It will be in an inconspicuous place, and will not interfere with the quality or impact of the piece.I will consider letting commissioners color colorless images like sketches or flat inks. Please inquire with questions.I do not share my original files! This includes any .PSD, .SAI, or otherwise original files that include all the layers. I will make edits if you need them, just ask!
